How to heat your hot water bottle neck warmer:

Place your neck warmer in the microwave for 2 minutes (< 1000 Watts) or 60 seconds (> 1000 Watts) to warm it. Insert a glass of water on the tray next to your hot water bottle for better use. Make sure your hot water bottle is not too hot before using it or giving it to your child. If you want to reheat your headband, wait until it has returned to its initial temperature.

Be careful, do not leave your dry hot water bottle unattended while heating and make sure to respect the heating times. Read the instructions carefully before use and test the heat before putting it on your body.
