How to heat your hot water bottle in the microwave?

Slip under the duvet, use it to calm down during a nap or bedtime, a well-heated hot water bottle will be your best asset for relaxing.

Here are our tips for using your hot water bottle:

Place the hot water bottle in the microwave for 2 minutes (< 1000 Watts) or 60 seconds (> 1000 Watts) to warm it. Insert a glass of water on the tray next to your hot water bottle for best use. Make sure the hot water bottle is not too hot before using it or giving it to your child. If you want to reheat the hot water bottle, wait until it has returned to its initial temperature.

Be careful, do not leave your hot water bottle unattended while heating and respect the heating times. Read the instructions carefully before use and test the heat before applying it to your body.
