La droguerie écologique® 8% alcohol vinegar is an aqueous solution containing 8% acetic acid. Traditionally used in food applications in kitchens around the world, it is also a remarkable household product, multi-purpose, ecological, and inexpensive. Its properties are numerous: food preservative, degreaser, deodorizer, descaling agent, cleaner, etc., and its uses are very broad: food, household, family hygiene, and cosmetics. It behaves like a weak acid (CH3-COOH), which allows it to neutralize weak bases and particularly break down carbonates (including the limescale in our pipes).
