How do I take care of my menstrual panties/period shorts?

Rinse your menstrual panties in cold water to remove all the blood, until the water runs clear, rubbing with Marseille soap or a natural stain remover.

Put them in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30° or wash them by hand. It is advisable to avoid using fabric softener and bleach as these could affect the effectiveness of the absorbent part over time.

Let your panties air dry. Do not use fabric softener or tumble dry.

If you suffer from heavy periods, we recommend that you supplement the use of menstrual panties with other sanitary protection such as a menstrual cup or an organic tampon.
